In France, meat is something you don't want to mess with. So when it comes to vegan meat, we are kind of fearful: "A steak without meat is not a steak", "It has no taste"... 

To stop all those unfounded prejudices, we trapped our dear consumers by creating the Split Burger : half meat, half vegan steak.
